Life EnergyIt gives you a sense of wellbeing. We are all born with lots of it and you can see it demonstrated beautifully by young children. It enters through the breath and flows around the body energizing the organs, muscles and emotions via the acupuncture emotional system. I am highly trained to help you enhance your Life Energy, using three methods. 1. Alexander Technique: An easily learned skill that we can apply to ourselves, improving balance, coordination, movement and posture. It is used to manage pain, accelerate rehabilitation and improve performance in anything from swimming to singing. 2. Diamond-Dart Meridian Sequence: An active movement meditation developed by John Diamond, MD, based on the 12 acupuncture meridians, their emotional correlations and evolutionary development. Easy to learn, it can be done daily in as little as five minutes. It is a powerful way to free up tight musculature, balance the emotions and raise your Life Energy.
